A couple years ago Brea contacted me about taking some portraits of her to use for a her Author Portrait for her book she was writing. She had a little bit different of a request for the location. She asked if I would be ok with taking her portraits out at the cemetery where Brad was. I said yes absolutely! So we set up an early morning session to start just as the sun was rising. If I remember correctly it was about 4:30-5:00 in the morning. What a gorgeous view of the hills, you can see for miles and it was a beautiful morning. Thank you Brea for allowing me to also be apart of your journey. I am excited for you and what the future holds and I know Brad is proud and smiling down at you!
I have known Brea and her twin brother Brad since they were really little. It was awful to hear about the accident that took Brad at such a young age. My heart went out to Brea, their parents, family and friends. Brea has become such a beautiful and talented young woman and I am honored to know her and to have known Brad.
On the back cover of "Wolves in the Woods" is one of her portraits we took that morning.
As soon as Brea said her book was going to be published I already had in my mind about setting up a shoot with Brea and her newly published book. I started envisioning where we would have the session take place, what I did not know was the setting in the book and the setting for the session were perfect! Mind you I had not yet read the book.
I am excited to share with you Jessica's session! Jessica contacted me about having a session done just for herself! You don't have to have a boyfriend, significant other to have a session done. I think the most important reason to have a session is YOU, do the session for yourself. Come be pampered for a day, have beautiful portraits taken of yourself!
